In Kutalh, Hell and Heaven are described. The hill is called by him as, “Irulh ceernhtha Innaa ulakam, (243). The world full of darkness). Those who have arulh (Love) will not enter the Hall. Soul with indulgence will be plunged in dark Hell (121). The heaven is called as, “Meelulakam” (222) and, “Puththeelhulaku' (213). Theevars are dwelling there and they can do what they wish (1073). A woman who is true to her husband and a man who awaits anxiously for guests will enjoy the Heaven (59, 59). The author used the term, “Thenpulaththaar”, which means, “those who have their dwelling in the south”. So he interprets that, "the ancestors live in the south’. ‘This is almost a translation of Manu (iii72). The Hindu metaphysical terms “Inhthiran" (The Lord of those in Heaven), “Ceyyaalh’ (Goddess of Wealth), “Caavaamarunhthu (Food of Immortality, are found in Kutalh (29, 84, 82). - Kutalh is the utterances of the great ‘Master of the sentences’. His couplets are the choicest of moral epigrams, Thirukkutalh is a single perfect and uncomparable literature which stands beyond the limits of philosophy. “It appears to us to bridge up the gulves between all creeds of the world.
