மந்திரம் ஆவது; நான்கு வேதங்கள் ஆக இருப்பது; தேவர்களின் மனத்தில் இருப்பது; அந்தத் தேவர்களை ஆள்வது; நெருப்பை வளர்த்தல் ஆகிய சடங்கை நாடோறும் செய்யும் துாய அந்தணர்க்கு மாலையில் சபம் செய்யும் மந்திரம் ஆவது திருவைந்தெழுத்து ஆகும்.
மந்திரம்-sacred formula of invocation of a deity. நான்மறை-நான்கு வேதங்கள்-the four Vedas வானவர்-the celestials சிந்தை-mind ஆள்வன—to grace. செந்தழல்—sacred fire ஓம்பிய-rear. செம்மை—pure; eminent வேதியர்-வேதம் வல்லவர்-well versed in Vedas– அந்தி-மாலை-evening It is the mantra. It is the four Vedas. It remains in the minds of celestials and graces them.
