My dear Subbaroyan,
Your letter of today in which you suggest that you might see Sheikh Abdullah. I have no objection whatever. I think that perhaps it would be a good thing for you to see him and talk to him, but obviously this matter must be decided after you have consulted Bakhshi Ghulam Mohamed, Prime Minister of J & K State. I suggest, therefore, that when you go to Srinagar you might have a talk with him about this. I have mentioned this matter to Bakhshi Ghulam Mohamed in a letter and told him that you would be asking him.Yours affectionately,
