38 TIME TO PARTICIPATE IN A TRIAL : A competitor in a field event who unreasonably delays making a trial renders himself, liable to have that trial disallowed and recorded as a fault. - It is a matter for the Referee to decide, having regard to all the circumstances, what is an unreasonable delay.
