starting of paragraph / continuation of a paragaraph in a page

At the start of the page if a new paragraph is starting then while proofreading please leave two blank lines at the start of the page. If at the start of the page the paragraph is the continuation of the previous page then please only one blank line at the start of proofreading. So while transcluding the proofread page it would appear properly. or else new paragraph will also become the continuation of the previous page. Examples. new paragraph பக்கம்:நபிகள் நாயகம்-கி. ஆ. பெ. விசுவநாதம்.pdf/17 and continuation of paragraph பக்கம்:நபிகள் நாயகம்-கி. ஆ. பெ. விசுவநாதம்.pdf/18. Hi.. just asking out of interest to know more. I have seen the changes that has been made here. Just curious to know what is the advantage of using the html codes here vs the previous simple version.
