வெள்ளத்தில், யான் என்பது நீங்க மூழ்கி இருந்தபோதிலும் சிந்தை தெளியாமல் இருக்கிறது சுழல்கிறது; இதற்குக் காரணம் «тобт бот?
தேடுவதற்கு அரிய உண்மைப் பொருள் ஆகி, என் மனத்தில் குடிகொண்டிருக்கிற அறிவுமயமான தெய்வமே; ஒளிமயமான ஆனந்தப் பொருளே!
Father, mother, relatives, wife, child,—what are these ? These are but the crowd that we meet in a market. There is no doubt in this.
The palace set with jewels, the stairs, the hall, the fourfold army-one gets such a pompous life. This is after all Indrajala (jugglery).
Deceit, jealousy, thrift are placed in the mind; with this, is the body made of excrements and worms. This is an undesired one and is like a dream.
Let it be on any day; you had better take to yourself; in a place where there is neither the day nor the night, You stand as the ONE; in that deluge of grace, devoid of the ego “I”, I am immersed. Even in such a state, my mind seem to be not clear: it whirls; why is it so?
You are not easy to search for; You are the Truth; You are statined in my mind; You are wisdom: Oh God of effulgence and full of Bliss 1

மக்கள் தமக்குத் தெரியாமல் சிறு சிறு தவறுகள் செய்வர்; அதில் ஒன்று பொய் பேசுதல். பொய் பேசுவதே குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்ட கசடர்களே ப்பற்றி நாம் இங்கு எண்ண வேண்டியதில் இல. அவர்கள் சமூக விரோதிகள் ஆவர். நமக்குத் தெரியாமலேயே பொய் பேசுவது குறித்தே நாம் சிந்திக்கவேண்டும். அங்ங்னம் நமச்குத் தெரியாமல் தாமாகவே வரும் பொய்யும் தவறுதான். அதல்ை விளேயும் கெடுதிகளுக்கு அளவு இல்லை. ஆல்ை தெரிந்து பொய் பேசுவதையும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வார் திருவள்ளுவர். நாம் கூறும் பொய் பிறர்க்கு நன்மை பயப்பதாயின் ஒரோவழி பொய் பேசலாம் என்பதே. இருப்பினும் பொய் பேசாமை ஆகிய விரதம் ஒரு பெரிய அறமாகவே வள்ளுவர் கருதுவார். ஆகவே பொய் பேசாமை நல்ல ஒழுக்கங்களுள் ஒன்று என்று அறியவேண்டும்.
