324 நீதிநெறிவிளக்கம் சென்ற செய்யுளில் வஞ்சித்தோ மென்று மகிழன்மின், வஞ்சித்த எங்குமுள ைெருவன் கானும் என்று அறிவுறுத்திய ஆசிரியர் கண்ட இறைவன் உல்கத்தார்முன் பறையறைந்து ரோப்பழி எய்துவிக்கும் என்று இச்செய்யுளால் விளக்குகிரு.ர். மறைவழிப்பட்ட பழிமொழி : மறைவிடத்திற் கூறிய பழிமொழி ' எனப் பொருளுரைத்து : மறைவிற்கூறிய பழிமொழி விரைவில் வெளியாம் ” என்று முடித்தார் சி. முத்தையப் பிள்ளை. ' மறை-முதனிலைத் தொழிற்பெயர் இடத்துக்கானமையால் தொழிலாகு பெயர்.” -கோ. இ.
- மறைவழிப்பட்ட என்றது ஒழுக்கமுடையார்க் கேலாததாகிய மகளிர் புணர்ச்சியை. அதுவே விாைந்து சென்று பாக்கும். -அ. கு.
தெய்வம் பறையறைந்தாங்கு ஒடிப் பாக்கும் : எங்கும் உளளுய், எல்லாம் வல்லயை நாசவடி வினனம் இறைவனே பறை சாற்றுவனயின் எத்துணை விரைவில் பழிமொழி பாக்கும் என்பதை உய்த்துனாவைத்த பொருளாற்றல் கண்டு மகிழ்க. சென்றுதைக்குஞ் சேயார் முகத்து :
- சென்று தைக்கும்- சென்று உதைக்கும்' எனப் பிரித்துச் சென்று தாக்கும் எனப் பொருள்கொள்ளினு மமையும்." -தி. சு. செ.
இஃது எடுத்துக் காட்டுவமையணி. --கோ. இ. The infamy of evil done in secret, will spread abroad as though God had proclaimed it to the beat of drum. Though the rank stench of putrid flesh be concealed and covered up, it will escape to penetrate the senses of far distant persons. —H. S. Slanderous words uttered in secret will spread as if the Almighty were trumpeting them forth. The noxious stench of putrid flesh, although closely covered up, will affect the senses of distant persons. —C. M. The infamy, of evil done in secret will spread abroad, as though God had proclaimed it by beat of drum, just as the stink of putrid flesh, however much covered up, will assault the nose of those far off. —T.
