Usage

This template is an easy way to add a namespace-dependent switch-statement to a licence template.

In the author namsepace, it returns "Some or all works by this author are"
In the file namespace, it returns "This file is"
In the portal namespace, it returns "Some or all works listed in this portal are"
In any other namespace, it returns "This work is"
