அடிகளார் மீண்டும் திருவண்ணாமலை போந்து 19-5-1916 தொடங்கி மூன்று நாள் சத்தி விலாச சபை யின் ஆண்டு விழாவிற்குத் தலைமை தாங்கி அருளுரை வழங்கினார். வழக்கம் போல் திரு.வி க. முதலிய மற்ற புலவர்களும் சொற்பெருக்காற்றுவதில் பங்கேற்றனர். அன்று அடிகளாரின் சொற்பொழிவைக் கேட்டுத் தம் உள்ளத்தைப் பறி கொடுத்த செந்தமிழ்க்கவி கே.வி. இராமச்சந்திர ஐயர் என்பார், அடிகளாரைப் புகழ்ந்து பின்வரும் பாடலை இயற்றி வெளியிட்டார்;
'முத்தி எங்கே ஞான முறை எங்கே முன்னோர்பால்
பத்தி-எங்கே ஒதும் பனுவலெங்கே-இத்தரையில் சான்றோர் பரவுகின்ற சண்முகமெய்ஞ் ஞானிநீ தோன்றா திருப்பாயேல் சொல்'-
