28. Vaazhaappaththu “Oh Destroyer of sin! Behold that I have none but Your Feet to cling to. Oh God of the gods. Oh King of Civapuram. Oh Civan abiding in Thirupperunthurai! Oh You who stood as a roaring flame while the two passed through the three worlds up and down! Oh You with the animal skin' Behold that I will not live like this. Show me the grace of saying “Come”. (28:9) “Oh Partner of Her of flawless age-old fame! Behold that I have none but You to cling! Oh You Who wear the crescent moon! Oh King of Civapuram! Oh Civan abiding in Thirupperunthurai! Tell me would I worship or praise others or think of them as aids to me. Oh Lord of the young bull! Behold that I will not live like this. Show me the grace of saying “Come”. (28:10)
