n க்தெழுத்தின் பெருமை
சைவ சமயிகள் திருநீறு பூசுவது அவசியம். அதுபோலவே சிவபெருமானுடைய பெயரை ஜெபித்தலும் அவசியம். சிவபெரு மாறுடைய பெயர் ஒரு மந்திரமாக அமைந்து இருக்கிறது. அதைப் பஞ்சாட்சரம் என்பர்; திருவைந்தெழுத்து என்பதும் அதுவே. சிவாயநம என்பதே பஞ்சாட்சரமந்திரம் ஆகும்; சிவபெருமானே உனக்கு வணக்கம் என்பது பொருள். அம்மந்திரத்தை மிகுந்த அன்போடு ஜெபித்தால் எல்லா நன்மைகளும் ஏற்படும்.
திருச்சிற்றம்பலம் காதல் ஆகிக் க சிந்து கண்ணிர் மல் கி Kaadhal aagik kasindhu kannneer malgi ஒதுவார் ::FFDLם நன்னெறிக்கு உய்ப்பது Ödhuvaar thamai nannerikku uyppadhu வேதம் நான் கினும் மெய்ப்பொருள் ஆவது Vēdham naanginum mey pporull aavadhu நாதன் நாமம் நமச்சி வாயவே.
Naadhan naamam namachtvaayavē.
சிவபெருமானுடைய திருப்பெயர் "நமசிவய' என்பது இது நான்கு வேதங்களிலும் உண்மையான பொருள் ஆக விளங்குவது; இதனை அதிக அன்போடு, மனம் உருகிக், கண்களில் நீர்வடியச் சொன்னல். சொல்கிறவர்களே நல்ல வழியில் செலுத்தும்.
