Decad:34 Uyirunni-p-paththu (Decad of life-consuming Consciousness) Sub-title: Civaanandam meiidutha (Welling up of Bliss of Civan) (Sung at Thirupperunthurai) Uyir = life; Unni = he who cats; paththu = decad aanandam = bliss: meliduthal = welling up. This decad of life-consuming consciousness for conferment of Civa-consciousness is made up of 10 verses of four lines each in Kałiviruththam metre. Oh Destroyer of Karma Who, with Umai whose lower belly is like the hood of a snake, as Partner, does not part from my body any day ! Oh Rider on the bull ! Oh You Who dwell in the sacred Thirupperunthurai praised by perfectly skilled bards ! When am I going to rejoice and when am I going to exult any more”? (34:1) “Who am I to embrace His feet? Providing a throne for me, a cur, He has entered my carnal body: He has mingled with my life: He will never part from my mind.
