49. Thiru-p-padaiyaatchi If Eesan Who has made me His own since long-my Father-will graciously arise in me, the sacred white ash on the holy Form of golden hue, shall no longer shine. A rain of flowers will not shower from the cupped palms of great saints. The intent of damsels with lightning-like slender waists will not get out. The delight from the sound that rises melodiously out of the Veenai (Iyre) will not multiply. The feet of His devotees will not flourish on my head. That he will come forthwith and mingle with us His devotees for redemption, will not occur. Sweet musical instruments will not play sweetly filling every where with sweet sound. (49:6) B39
