49. Thirupadaiyaatchi If He Who wears the moon as a gem on His head with will graciously a rise to make His own the ineffable pure sound of the bell will not yield holy rapture. The effulgence Which had established in my mind will no longer appear suddenly and continue to shine. The supremely transcendent One Who came into my mind terminating its manifold phenomena will no longer come again. The transcendent experiences never known in the past will no longer arise spreading in me. The infatuation of damsels with bow-like lovely brows will cease to-day. The excellent Being not known by even the heavenly ones will no longer become a conceivable Being. We can not attain the eight-fold qualities of the Lord that know no bound. (49:7)
